I would agree, if not longer. it'll be a beautiful building, but i don't see it being finished until spring 2010 at the rate it's going.

Still find October 1st and November 1st hard to believe...progress has been very slow. I would say it's more like 2010...

SLNA was against East Lofts too and that's going ahead...that and Spire have set a precedent I think.

Has there been any update on when East will be ready? I'm guessing occupancy may be delayed again?

Doesn't it feel like it's taking them a really long time to get anything done? I'm really skeptical that they'll be ready for occupancy by next June at this rate!
