Week it been some time since I wrote on here, I was moving phase 1 but I have had a drastically change with my Heath I had stroke, I and I never looked back. I live in Calgary in the SE bought I house.....I was going to have a party in 1401 but thing have charged. Also keep on him (R. Fallus)...

Thanks for the info.... I would like to know what the drama is LOL They are moving at a decent pace but I have talked to my lawyer and anything after Decembre will cost the developer mulla! I have recieved 2 notices already pushing back the date....

Thanks for the comment about my pics...... It's very hard to see but they have pourd 75% of the floor for the 6th floor and have started on the 7th floor at the North end of the structure. They are still going at a good pace, and have lost a few days in April due to rain but its looking good...

I recall that Electric City was open to the public to purchase after July 2008. I bought prior to public release and I am coverd (September 2008)

Good news for P2 purchasers...they are digging and preparing the pad for the tower craine, meaning that I can see them starting the foundations soon.

I will take a pic every couple of weeks just to show the progress....but I do hope that Sept. will be the start of move-ins for everyone in the bottom floors :)

Thats about right its bettween 1 week to 1 and 1/2 per floor and they are on the 3rd floor.

What you are seeing is the underground parking and to why they have not built on top of it is becuase that will be the drive way between the buildings. They have completed the main floor where some units will be and where the rec room and basketball cort will be, and they have fully completed...
