when is the occupancy starting for this building? did anyone attend the homeowners seminar that took place a few weeks back?

2013....that's nuts Originally this place went on sale June 2008. will prices have gone up by done, or is it better to cancel an agreement ast 1st opportunity?

Spoke with the sales office today, they indicated they are at 85% sold with only 1 plus den and larger units avaliable (for some reason it sounded like they had the delmar avaliable on every floor above the 11th) needless to say construction will begin in march with occupancy to begin aug/sept...

thats not good at all......I bought back in june 08 with a tentative closing for oct 2010, now my contarct indicates 32 floors. if it shrunk or if they miss the clsoing date is there anyway to get out of this deal. I guess if they proceed with construction i am looking at 24months till phantom...

Any news on California.....they have seemed to dissapeard from all print and radio advertising....are they sold out??

any news where California is with their sales......seems to be very slow with an original close date of Oct 2009......Also if they delay is there anyway to get out of the deal with the 38K deposit being returned?

I also received the same letter....it also indicated if a freind or family member wants to purchanse we will each get $2500....i think they are desperate for sales!

when is california slated to go up.....i heard closings were summer 10 and pushed back to summer 11.....i actually have booked a unit their but now with the credit crunch hoping it's cancelled.

Any news about California's being cancelled....I keep receivng e-mails from them of free stuff just for visiting their sales office?

corona was too $$$ for my wallet.....bought a sonoma on the higher floors in the twenties. hope i can make good cash!

bought a unit at the Broker preview....1 bedroom includes parking and will receive cash back on closing, what made the deal sweet was the assignment clause! this is the 2nd condo I bought 1st one is a really old one, but I hope I can turn this one around for a quick $$$
