with the implosion of Giambrione (I believe the next job lost will be his TTC position), I believe Transit City is in doubt now. It could be destroyed. Maybe there is hope for BRT after all.

We got a taste of what the show will be like on the CityTV new year's eve show at City Hall. The guys sounded great, the female lead was just ok.

The worst is seeing them sleeping in subway entrances or ATM rooms. TTC does not do a good job policing their entrances. I have seen, at Yonge and Eglinton (south east corner) people living in that stairwell to the subway, fairly regularly (looks like every day now). Either TTC is washing...

Sales in Davisville Village, which I describe as the area between Eglinton/Davisville and Mt. Pleasant/Bayview, is hot. Semis are selling for high 600s now. How did prices get so out of control. The same could be had a few months ago for mid 500's. I've seen at least 3 properties in the past...
