i always thought it would have been a good investment by MLSE to buy that parcel for the inevitable replacement for ACC. waterfront, close to public transport, close to some of thier properties already.

home depot to me is more nuts and bolts by that i mean it more geared towards contractors and people who know what they are doing. lowes is more for the everyday person to tackle small jobs. has a greater home decor/home astectics, small appliances choices.

they are opening a tim hortons in the urban eatery. I belive "rare" was the food outlet there before, its on the north end of the eatery, next to subway sandwiches and a&w, north end of the food court furthest away from mcdonalds.
