Has anyone asked or been told when final closing would happen? I take it longer than 6 months from now since they asked for 6 post dated cheques.

even if hst were added, isnt hst only 6 or 7 percent? 10cents on top of 26 cents is almost 30% increase... ask them that when you go in for ur pdi

Wow! Seems unreal. I wonder how strict they'll be with having visitors walking in and out all the time while construction is going on? Is the main entrance/lobby completed? Any pics of that?

prob not gonna happen. i had a move in date of feb 1st, and now its looking like mid march at the earliest. annnd on another note, for all the money the builder will be paying out in compensation, im sure theyll just delay final registration so that theyll get it all back through interum...

The only problem with contacting any media outlets at this point, is it would probably slow down sales of phases 4 and future phases from the builder in the area and in turn lower our resale value

Another delay, another excuse... What else is new. Soo disappointed with the builder!! It's excuses after excuses. I feel like just going to the sales office and making myself at home in their model suite, until they call the cops.. Wouldn't get us anywhere but I'm sure the builder would get...

You probably could but you'd have to spend money on a lawyer, so you'd loose for sure. Unless somehow you got compensation or some type of interest that you left on your down payment
