yup..received the letter too..our closing has been delayed until Jan 31, 2013

I believe the standard backsplash would be the wall. i would look at doing the backplash after move in..really depends how much Vandyk would charge to get it done vs going to Home Depot.

Some have wrap around balconies. I believe the Laurel, which was the showroom unit. That one has a wrap around. This might be a stupid question, but does the sq footage include the balcony? or is it interior sq footage + balcony? Thanks
