Riley, You should be able to get compensation if you don't agree to their amendment.... According to Tarion: I have a unit last year that had a delayed closing and I was compensated $100/day (I agreed to their terms) until occupancy, the delay was about 20 days (don't remember exactly)...

It's been good, as bar has mentioned there were some issues in the beginning but they're mostly resolved. The only thing bad about it is the elevator workers union strike, there had been many days that there was only ONE working elevator, with construction worker still working, and with people...

The balcony glass are not actually opaque. They are clear glass with narrow white stripes interleaving, so you can still see through them.

That large "empty space" is the multipurpose room (party room?).. Found out the media room and board room is on the 7th floor right next to the property management office!

I have the same view as well, on a lower floor :) Bar1967 and I were at the "party" as well but we didn't get to meet each other :( Are the amenities now officially opened then? It also looks like the "Conference Room" and "Media Room" (according to marketwharf.com's website's amenities page)...

We are on the 18th floor and they called in early Jan for inspection but they postponed it 1 day before the appointment and we never heard back since. They just said they'll call us when it's ready (but no estimate date). Occupancy supposed to be mar27 for us

18th floor is March 4 2013. Looks like it's approximately 1 week per floor or so..

If things go according to plan, pre occupancy inspection is going to begin in July and occupancy starting October (lower floors I would imagine)

Would like to know if there's an owner's assoc. as well :)

Very nice bar1967!! Shaping up pretty nicely. I wonder if the trees will obstruct the glass pedestrian cover when they grow bigger though.. Also, the shoppers drug mart just opened today!

1041 sqft does not include balcony, the balcony alone is 150 or 200+ sqft iirc...

Indeed, the Phase 1 podium's address is "3 Market Street", while I believe the tower would be "1 Market Street".
