This would actually be closer to $700/ft excluding parking and locker - much more in line with what these units should be fetching considering the finishes/location. I believe there is a discount levied on any unit facing the brickwall of the courtyard as there was on the original purchase date...
The first unit (#317 at 915 sq ft) has been listed for sale at approx $580/ft excluding parking. I'm surprised by the pricing though may have something to do with the views of the courtyard. At this price I don't anticipate the unit lingering on the market for long.
Agreed. The price point of these units doesn't scream income property.
Also, I'm surprised I haven't seen any properties listed on MLS yet though I did see an agent in the lobby about to show a prospective buyer a unit when I was lingering around prior to my PDI.
Had my PDI today and was impressed overall with the building and the unit itself. Customer service continues to exceed expectations.
