From what I understand happened, the harp; end of pole and trolley rope fell off causing the spring loaded pole to swing up and kiss the sky. Putting the pantograph up would have let the car move but the pole would obviously snag the overhead. No pantograph paranoia on that one

What is going on with the bridge in Pickering across the 401. They had some of the decorative lights on for maybe a week but nothing has been done on the main body for months?

4407 went out in service last night(Thursday) on spadina. Is now owned by the TTC

One service car is set aside for training daily. 4403 will be going out later in service

the grand union at bathurst/king was rebuilt last year with new platforms and hopefully spadina will look as good

the ttc will be doing work at russell for the first streetcars as we will be getting them before the new carhouse is ready.three tracks next to the carhouse will be used. there are also pictures of the new streetcar cabs on display at russell
