That's insane... So it just all goes to the real estate agents who are close with the top guys at cresford?

That's how it works with virtually every builder. this is how people were able to secure entire floors of units back in the day.

Yup, there are updates coming! I'm working on pulling it all together…

Those waiting patiently for the update, can check it out now on the front page (where everything's spelled out), while the database file has been extensively updated too.

Build this immediately!

As much as I'd love to see a 96 story tower start construction tomorrow, I agree with the one Councillor that said the cladding could be more interesting. I'd love to see different/more colour at the minimum.

The new changes are great.

Some people might be saying that keeping more of the buildings on Yonge presents a lost opportunity for a new podium (and they might question what kind of heritage is retained)- but I think this treatment is perfect for keeping the Yonge Street fabric interesting and intact.

There's plenty of room elsewhere in the city for superpodiums!

I thought the Yonge Street Mission facade was a faux heritage building? I.E. it was built just to look old? what is the point of keeping it?

Built in 1962 I believe - the original was far superior
