Renovation of 25 and 55 St Clair Avenue East in Toronto, designed by Dialog for Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Built in the 1950s, through the rehabilitation process for what was called the Arthur Meighen Building is set to become one of Canada's first federal carbon neutral buildings. When complete it will include solar panels, a geothermal heating and cooling system, and will serve as the main Government of Canada building for the Ontario region.
