The Alexandra Park Revitalization is a master-planned mixed-use development of the 18-acre Alexandra Park neighbourhood on the southeast corner of Dundas Street and Denison Avenue, west of Spadina Avenue. The multi-phased plan includes 18 development sites for affordable rental apartments, market-rate rental and condominium buildings and a Community Recreation Hub & Social Enterprise Centre. The master plan was prepared by Urban Strategies and individual blocks were designed by CS&P Architects and SvN for Tridel and Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
