8 Chichester Place is a brand new purpose – built rental building being constructed by The Remington Group and The Brown Group of Companies. The building is being constructed as part of the City of Toronto’s Affordable Housing Program and will provide quality rental housing to Low – Income Seniors and Persons with Disabilities.

8 Chichester Place is located at the north east corner Sheppard Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue. The new building is a 20 storey, 210 unit stepped structure that takes advantage of light and views while creating an urban presence at the corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Chichester Place. The building is designed to provide for a variety of tenant needs including seniors, barrier free housing and units designed for small families.
