Proposed zoning by-law amendment to permit a 16-storey office building with approximately 18,498 square metres of office space and 31 parking spaces provided at grade within a stacked parking mechanism accessed via a laneway to the west of the building. The front facade of the heritage building will be maintained as well as 10 metres behind the facade for the first five storeys.
