Following the highly-lauded redevelopment of 333 King Street East, and the overwhelmingly successful leasing of 351 King Street East (The Globe and Mail Centre), First Gulf is focussed on building on the mixed-use momentum in and around the King East neighbourhood. A direct result of this initiative is 25 Ontario – an 23-storey, 41,500 square metres LEED Gold office building currently under development.

In close proximity to Union Station, the Yonge Subway Line, GO Transit, and the 504 King Streetcar line, 25 Ontario is the latest in a long line of transit-oriented First Gulf office developments. But it’s the design of 25 Ontario which is truly striking: outdoor terrace space on several floors, 10′ vision glass, highly-efficient building systems, and flexible floor plates are just a few of the building’s features. Tenants of 25 Ontario will also directly-benefit from more than 150,000 sf of new retail space which has been added to the neighbourhood through recent First Gulf mixed-use developments.
