UrbanToronto’s next webinar, State of Housing 2026, takes place live via Zoom on Wednesday, October 28 at 1:00 PM ET. Joining us to examine the pressing housing challenges facing Toronto and the Greater Golden Horseshoe are representatives from Hazelview Investments and StrategyCorp.

Registration is open for this complimentary event!

The discussion forms part of UrbanToronto’s month-long State of Housing editorial series, examining housing affordability and delivery across the region. Throughout October, the series explores policy responses, construction methods, and housing models, from co-operatives and missing middle development to modular construction and mass timber.

The webinar is supported by our friends at Urban Racks, a North American provider of commercial bike parking and micromobility solutions. With more than a decade of experience, the company creates secure, technology-driven systems, including bike racks, lockers, shelters, and automated parking solutions.
