Sometimes you gotta dig in and wipe the slate clean to start something new. Where low-rise buildings once stood, 13 and 14 storeys of rental housing, some of it in the deeply affordable category, will soon rise along Danforth Avenue between Donlands and Greenwood subway stations. The start of the process is quite the intriguing heap of debris.
