An upcoming industry-focused event will bring together voices from across Toronto’s development sector for a live podcast recording and discussion on housing policy. Scheduled for April 2, 2026 at Viale in Concord, the Building Toronto’s Skyline gathering is hosted by Nick Ainis and produced by Toronto Mike, with City Councillor Brad Bradford set to participate in a featured conversation.
The evening is structured around a live recording of the Building Toronto’s Skyline podcast, framed by a moderated conversation and interactive components. A fireside-style discussion will focus on housing supply, “missing middle” building forms, and the policy landscape shaping development in Toronto, followed by an opportunity for attendees to pose questions.
Attendance is geared toward a professional audience spanning developers, trades, investors, and others active in the city’s building sector, with the guest list intentionally kept small to support focused discussion. Framed as a closed-door industry gathering rather than a public-facing campaign event, the evening aims to convene decision-makers and practitioners in a setting that prioritizes candid exchange and peer-level networking.
Two tiers of attendance are being offered, with general admission priced at $250 and including light food service, a drink, access to the live recording, and networking opportunities. A higher-tier option at $500 provides entry to a smaller pre-event reception beginning at 5:45 PM, along with an open bar, enhanced seating, and a meet-and-greet with Ainis and Bradford, as well as a photo opportunity. Overall capacity is limited to 100 attendees, with the premium tier capped at 20 guests.
