A new community of luxury townhomes is debuting in South Oakville, with Brightstone introducing Kerr Village Towns at 109 Garden Drive, steps from Lakeshore Road West. Designed by Richard Wengle Architects, the four-block development will bring 48 three- and four-bedroom residences plus street-front retail to the heart of Kerr Village, one of Oakville’s most walkable and sought-after neighbourhoods.

The development places residents within minutes of boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants lining the nearby streets, while Oakville Place Mall and Trafalgar Community Centre are each a short drive away. The Oakville GO station lies eight minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus, providing direct service to Union Station in Downtown Toronto, while the QEW and Highway 403 connect to the rest of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Leisure options range from lakeside trails and 16 Mile Creek to Glen Abbey Golf Club and Bronte Harbour.

Richard Wengle Architects has shaped Kerr Village Towns with the same sensibilities that define their custom homes in Forest Hill and The Bridle Path. The quartet of four-storey buildings present a composition of brick, stone, and stucco facades accented by tall windows and classical lines. At street level, four retail units animate the Lakeshore Road West frontage, while Strybos Barron King’s landscape design includes new plantings and walkways.

The community will comprise 48 executive townhomes, including 42 back-to-back and 6 traditional layouts, each offering three- or four-bedroom plans spanning 1,809 ft² to 2,200 ft². Bright, open interiors feature 10-foot ceilings on the main level and 9-foot ceilings above, with expansive windows. Select homes include private elevators and rooftop terraces with gas BBQ rough-ins, while garages come equipped with optional car stackers for two-vehicle parking. Every residence includes Brightstone’s Smart Tech system, combining smart locks, thermostats, switches, and doorbells with a wired network hub.

Interiors include custom kitchen cabinetry, soft-close drawers, under-cabinet lighting, and quartz countertops paired with stainless steel undermount sinks and a vented hood canopy. Kitchens are also equipped with gas cooktops. Bathrooms echo the same detailing, offering frameless glass showers, soaker tubs, and quartz vanities finished with chrome Moen fixtures. Main living areas feature pot lighting, engineered wood flooring, smooth ceilings, and oak staircases, while primary suites include walk-in closets and spa-inspired en-suites.

Brightstone is building for professionals, families, and downsizers who value a well-connected address paired with modern technology and architectural character. With its combination of smart-home technology, private outdoor spaces, and proximity to Oakville’s lakefront and village amenities, the community offers a balance of urban energy and residential calm.
