UrbanToronto's most recent update on Untitled Toronto and The Corner on Broadway was in February, 2025, when both Arcadis-designed projects from Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties were rising in tandem in Midtown Toronto. In the months since, construction has wrapped on the rectilinear 39-storey The Corner on Broadway, while focus now shifts to the 26- and 37-storey towers of Untitled Toronto as they approach completion.
The condominium development, located two blocks northwest of the upcoming Mount Pleasant station on the Eglinton Line 5, features a distinctive balcony design created in collaboration with Grammy-winning artist Pharrell Williams, the balcony edges reflecting the waveforms of Williams' song Gust of Wind.
Looking west in July, 2025, the topped-off north and south towers of Untitled Toronto dominate the view, their distinctive semi-serrated balcony edges bringing texture to the local skyline. The north tower’s crane, dismantled in March, is absent, while the south tower retains its construction hoist on the south elevation, matched by one on the north tower’s east elevation. Glazing installation is substantially complete across both façades, with reflective glass balcony guards expressing the parametric wave pattern. The podium’s darker cladding is visible at street level, contrasting with the lighter curtain wall above.
This month, the south tower stands free of its crane following its late-July removal. The glass guards and white soffits form undulating shifts in amplitude and frequency along the height; more tightly spaced “waves” are evident toward the north side of the south tower and on the east face of the north tower. The alternating balcony projections catch and reflect light at varying angles, adding to the ripple effect. Both towers’ curtain wall glazing is now in place, with the north tower’s mechanical penthouse continuing the wave motif.
Looking northeast along Broadway Avenue, the south tower’s podium reveals a dynamic composition of cantilevered balcony slabs and recessed sections, their white soffits sharply contrasting with the dark cladding and transparent glass guardrails. The podium’s angular geometry creates a mix of open and semi-enclosed outdoor spaces, with prominent corner balconies projecting outward and smaller, more sheltered units set within the facade. Vertical glazing strips punctuate the black-clad structure.
Looking east from Redpath Avenue, the nearly completed The Corner on Broadway stands to the right, while in the foreground, early-stage work for the 38-storey 241 Redpath Avenue is underway, marked by a blue drilling rig and recently installed cylindrical caissons forming part of the foundation system.
In the background, the north and west elevations of the Untitled Toronto towers display their signature balcony guards, the semi-serrated edges wrapping around all elevations. The four-storey black-clad podium transitions into a three-storey curtain wall volume shared by both towers, its balcony edges alternating between flat planes and angled edges to carry the parametric rhythm upward before the towers separate into their vertical forms.
Untitled Toronto's towers stand at heights of 89.4m and 121m, delivering a total of 858 residential units.
