Once a new building is clad and the interior elevators are working, the hoist that was used to bring materials up the exterior of the project can come down. The Westbank and Allied joint venture at 19 Duncan Street has just now gotten a marketing name, now that the developers are preparing to welcome the first residents to the rental suites in the 58-storey tower.
