As seen through a window in a neighbouring tower by UrbanToronto Forum contributor fatty, Pearl Place is a new mixed-use, mostly residential development under construction along Yonge Street in North York City Centre. Among all the forms for new walls, yellow shoring poles holding up newly curing concrete, and fences meant to keep construction crews safe, workers in bright vests are dotted about the site assembling the next form, receiving the next materials shipment, or waiting to direct the next bucket of fresh concrete mix.
