Replacing a concrete box that held a weekly farmers market and antiques market along with assorted events, the new St Lawrence Market North Building, designed by world-renowned Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and now under construction at Jarvis and Front streets in Downtown Toronto, brings a lot of glass, orange brise soleils, and a couple of barrel vaults over a brand new market area and new courts. UrbanToronto Forum contributor TheSix caught the site a couple of days ago while the sun set behind it.
