This was the scene when UrbanToronto Forum contributor globalexpress looked south from his balcony in Toronto's Distillery District on Saturday, when that storm arrived, and kicked up a lot of dust. While it looks a little like the end of the world, there's just so much of the area where old landforms are being dug up and moved around to become new landforms, the dirt settled on the ground easily kicks up in high winds.
