Just east of where Markham meets Pickering, White Sun Developments is creating a community of family-sized townhomes and detached homes. Designed by Anderson & Associates, the new community of Whitevale, named in reference to the local heritage farming community, will be built by the well-known home builder Sundial Homes.
Currently in the pre-construction phase of the project, the new community is poised to include 339 individual units, all featuring stone and brick facades coupled with an ample amount of windows. Each block of townhomes will include six separate residences, starting at 1,450 ft² in area, and ranging up to 3,000 ft² for detached homes.
Homes will be available with three to five bedroom layouts, and two to five bathrooms, ready for the wants and needs of the buyer. With various customization opportunities, the homes are perfect for young families, move-up families, or empty nesters looking to create the home they are looking for.
While the fronts of the homes will leave ample space for landscaping, the rears offer ample garage spaces, topped with generous private terraces.
To be located off of Whitevale Road, the community will be just 10 minutes from Main Street Markham, Cornell Community Centre, and 15 minutes away from Markville Mall or Pickering Town Centre for shopping opportunities. A quick drive to Toronto is possible with Highway 407 nearby, and Highway 401 also not far.
The new community is slated to be completed by fall/winter 2024. Registration is now open on the project website.
