About a year ago now, intrepid Torontonians were making a day of it at HTO Park in the city's Harbourfront area, even it was under a blanket of snow. As captured by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kotsy, it's one of the more colourful places you'll find along the lake, like its sibling Sugar Beach. Love the winter coat that matches the chair.
