The building will also feature a generous selection of amenities, including a multipurpose room, a fitness studio and yoga room, a media lounge, a co-working lounge for people who work from home, and a pet wash area. 

Westerly 2 will also give residents connections to nature, with nearly every unit featuring a balcony, while parks that hug the Mimico Creek will be a short walk from the building. The condo is also moments from Islington Golf Club, or a short subway ride to the Humber River parks and recreational trail that connects to the lakeshore, or three stops further to High Park.

Not only will balconies offer fresh air, but they will also offer spectacular views – with west-facing suites getting to experience daily spectacular sunsets, and east-facing suites looking towards the City of Toronto skyline.
