The Toronto branch of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) will be holding a panel discussion this week on Thursday, September 23 at 12 noon, with panelists sharing their thoughts on and outlook for the residential and commercial real estate markets, and to share key insights from the latest Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) Crane Report that was released earlier this month.
Cranes have been going up like crazy in the city, and Toronto's crane index has set a new RLB record with 225 active cranes–an 8.2% growth from earlier this year in March 2021 and doubling the pre-pandemic count in just 18 months.
UrbanToronto's President and Co-Publisher, Edward Skira, will be sitting on the panel and will be joined by Andrew Brethour, Executive Chairman and Broker of Record of PMA Brethour Realty Group, Bader Elkhatib, Vice President of CentreCourt, Barbara Lawlor, CEO and Broker of Record at Baker Real Estate Incorporated, Raymond Wong, Vice President, Data Operations, and Data Solutions at Altus Group, and Mel Yungblut, Principal of Rider Levett Bucknall.
