Three model suites have recently been finished at Bazis and Plaza's 1 Yorkville development in Toronto's Bloor-Yorkville area. The 58-storey, Roy Varacalli-designed condominium tower located at the corner of Yorkville Avenue and Yonge Street has opened to its first residents, and now shares some of its newly modelled upper floor units. The 1 Yorkville residences are reflective of the textured building design and offer a particular perspective not seen in any other luxury condominium in Toronto. They include one, two, and three bedroom residences with many custom designed features.
Two penthouse suites and one regular suite have been modelled, featuring interiors by Enid MacIntosh. The first, Penthouse One, offers two bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms, and one half-bath, totalling 1,355ft² plus two 69ft² balconies. The suite boasts a kitchen with floating island, and sleek, modern, contemporary design. Windows allow lots of natural light open up the space, while the balconies provide views.
The second mode suite, Penthouse Five, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, totalling 912ft² plus a 16ft² balcony. The finishes include a marble freestanding island in the kitchen, as well as marble tile floors and countertops in the washrooms.
Both penthouse suites include a washroom that features a freestanding bathtub, and a spacious shower.
The bedrooms of all suites are open and bright with natural light, with enough room for more than just a bed. Ample closet space is also available, with mirrors set into their sliding doors, expanding the feel of space in the unit.
Unit 4703 is not located on a penthouse floor, but also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, totalling 1,129ft² plus a 37ft² balcony. The open concept design of the suite makes it feel spacious, and its floor to ceiling windows brighten up the entire suite, and offer great views of the city's downtown core.
Much like the penthouse suites, the bathrooms of unit 4703 also offer large showers and clean finishes.
All units offer in-suite laundry, city views, and a wide array of choices for finishes, perfect to fit everyone's liking. The building is home to 577 units.
