Below grade forming will soon be complete at the site of 293 The Kingsway, a residential community by The The Benvenuto Group and The Elia Corporation, located just north of Humbertown Plaza and a couple blocks north of the Royal York Road and Dundas Street interchange in the Toronto borough of Etobicoke. The complex consists of six and nine-storey, BDP Quadrangle-designed rental and condominium buildings that wrap around the cul-de-sac of St Stevens Court.

We last checked in on the multi-building development site in November, 2020 when construction of the underground garages was underway. The forming of the garages for the rental buildings on the north half of the property have since been completed, while the easternmost third of the first rental building now stands a full six storeys high, its middle and western sections lagging behind by a few floors. The nine-storey on the northeast corner of The Kingsway and St Stevens is just now rising above grade.

A third crane has also been raised on the site where it is assisting in the construction of the first of two condominium buildings, a nine-storey C-shaped building on the southeast corner of The Kingsway and St Stephens.

The condos will feature a selection of amenity spaces appointed by Patton Design Studio, set to include a 3,420 ft² fitness studio, a games room, a pet spa, a dining room, and party room. Seventh-floor spaces will include a rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding community, to feature landscaping designed by Terraplan/Studio TLA.
