As the early stages of construction progress on The SaintMinto Communities GTA's new condo tower at Church and Lombard streets in Downtown Toronto, there are just a few suites remaining in the building. Named in a nod to the nearby St James Cathedral, the 47-storey, Wallman Architects-designed project is soon to add 418 units to a growing stretch of density along Church Street.

Like many projects marketing suites during the pandemic, The Saint and other Minto projects have been making use of an online marketing platform known as Blackline. The Saint's page offers an interactive 3D model of the building highlighting the remaining suites. Concentrated within the podium and the lowest floors of the tower, the 11 remaining suites are available in a range spanning from studios up to three-bedroom layouts, catering to a variety of lifestyles.

At the compact end of the range, Suite 403 is a studio located on the second floor, with south exposure overlooking Lombard Street. Offering 403 ft² of living space, the suite caters to young urban professionals or students; Ryerson is nearby.

At the other end of the spectrum, unit 1014 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom + den layout offering 1,014 ft² of living space. Located on the fifth floor with a west exposure overlooking Church Street, this suite is centred around a combined living/dining/kitchen area, flanked by a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom, and a den.

At the site—under construction since last Fall—crews are now wrapping up excavation for a six-level-deep underground garage that will serve residents, visitors, and retail patrons. Reaching 20 metres below grade, this cavernous pit will soon have a tower crane installed to assist in the forming process, heading back up to street level and then on to an eventual height of over 151 metres tall.
