Minto Communities GTA is moving full steam ahead with their new condominium development at 123 Portland Street in Toronto's Fashion District. As the early stages of construction press forward for the 14-storey Sweeny &Co Architects-designed building, just a handful of suite layouts remain available within the future boutique luxury development.

All remaining suites within the future building are multi-bedroom plans, for which Minto Communities GTA is now offering limited-time incentives that include a $30,000 decor credit towards suite upgrades. These available two- and three-bedroom suites range from a two-bedroom, two-bathroom plan of 805 ft², all the way up to a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom lower penthouse unit offering a generous 1,789 ft² of indoor and 340 ft² of outdoor living space.

At the more compact end of the range, layout 805—named for its square footage—is available at two suites, one on the third floor and one on the sixth floor. Both suites offer east exposures, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and feature Juliette balconies.

At the upper end of the range, the lower penthouse unit features three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, three bathrooms, a powder room, and an open concept kitchen/dining/living room space across 1,789 ft² of indoor area. A corner unit with north and east exposures, this suite offers a 340 ft² terrace hugging the north side of the building that includes ample space for outdoor furniture.

Meanwhile, the latest peek behind the construction site's walls shows that forming of the building's three-level underground garage is quickly progressing, with the P2 level now just beginning to take shape. The P1 level that will follow will bring the building back up to street level, from where it will begin its rise to a height of 49.3 metres. The garage levels now being formed will eventually house 49 residential and 8 visitor parking spaces.
