After the recent launch of the second phase building at The Thornhill, sales of the remaining suites in the first building continue. The condominium complex from The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments, is set to rise on Bathurst Street at Beverly Glen Boulevard, just beyond Toronto's northern city limits. The Kirkor Architects-designed complex's 25-storey first phase has a limited selection remaining from its total of over 300 condo units. Among these are a range of seven different two-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 878 ft² to 1,087 ft².
At the smaller end of the range, a layout dubbed The Evita offers a total area of 878 ft², with 744 ft² of indoor suite area and 134 ft² of outdoor space. The layout includes a master bedroom and ensuite, divided from a second bedroom and bathroom by an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Located on all floors of the tower, this layout faces west into a central courtyard.
One floorplan remain available from Daniels' Accessibility Designed Program (ADP)—suites specifically designed for those who require the use of mobility devices—featuring including wider doorways to accommodate mobility devices, barrier-free washrooms with roll-in showers and improved turning radius, roll-out balconies with swinging doors, modified counters, and several other features. Known as The Burbank, the remaining ADP suite measures in at 896 ft², with 746 ft² of indoor area and 150 ft² of outdoor space. This suite offers west exposure and will be found on levels 3 through 11 of the tower.
The largest remaining floorplan in The Thornhill's first tower is The Edmund, offering a total suite area of 1,087 ft², consisting of 867 ft² of indoor area and a 220 ft² terrace. The layout includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom and second bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen/living/dining area. A large terrace spans the width of the suite, which is located on the second floor overlooking Bathurst Street.
