Our top story in June covered the big reveal of a pencil-thin "supertall" skyscraper planned at Bay and Bloor. In second place, a story on a new Ryerson University report covered Toronto's rise to become the fastest growing city and metropolitan area in the US and Canada. A story on a two-tower complex proposed on Queens Quay at Lower Simcoe that would include a building reaching 71 storeys high took in the #3 spot.

The One has once again captured the top spot for most popular project Database File for the fourth consecutive month, while The Well has reclaimed the second-place position after losing it to Garrison Point last month. In third place, Pinnacle One Yonge has been garnering extra attention as construction and planning progress for the block set to contain Canada's tallest building.

Our Top Ten Threads

1. The One

Canada's two future tallest buildings led the pack in June. The watch for the start of above-grade construction pushed our thread for The One from #2 in May to #1 in June, followed in second place by our thread for the Pinnacle One Yonge complex. CIBC SQUARE slipped from the #1 spot in May to #3, as excitement cools off following the south tower's recent topping out.
