With the Toronto Fashion District site of 123 Portland Street cleared and primed for construction, a limited selection of units remain in the project from developer Minto Communities GTA. The 14-storey, Sweeny &Co Architects-designed luxury condominium will be home to 117 suites, including a collection of lower penthouses and penthouses occupying the building's upper floors. Four of these units remain available on the project's website, all offering three bedrooms and unit areas in excess of 1,000 ft².
At the smaller end of this range, a lower penthouse on the 13th floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 1,011 ft² of living area, priced at $1,649,990. In place of outdoor space, the suite will feature a pair of Juliette balconies, and windows offering southeast exposures that include views of the Downtown skyline.
Stepping up in size, another lower penthouse on the 13th floor, is a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout offering 1,605 ft² of indoor living area. The suite also includes a 268 ft² of outdoor living space with a northwest exposure, with more intimate views of the surrounding Fashion District residential and heritage buildings. This unit is priced at $2,599,900.
The largest of the remaining penthouse layouts is another 13th-floor lower penthouse unit, a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom plan with 1,789 ft² of indoor living area. Each of the suite's three bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, while a powder room would serve the main living space. The unit also includes 340 ft² of outdoor living space with northeast exposures, and is priced at $2,999,900.
Though slightly smaller than the lower penthouse we just looked at, a final penthouse remains available. This lone suite on the 14th floor, sharing the level with amenity and service spaces, is a three-bedroom-plus-den, 3.5-bathroom plan measuring 1,745 ft² with 254 ft² of outdoor living space in the form of a covered terrace, southeast exposures, and a price of $3,299,900.
