Last month we took a brief look at some of the unique floorplan layouts being offered at The Benvenuto Group’s Monza Condos, and today we’re back for a closer look at the suite features that will be offered to residents of the new mid-rise condo building in Toronto's Oakwood and St. Clair area. The nine-storey, StudioAC and+VG Architects • The Ventin Group-designed building has a limited collection of 76 units, many of which have already been spoken for since the project's October launch.

Suites at Monza have been designed to maximize livable space, both indoors and out, for a range of lifestyles including couples, young families, and empty nesters. Each model includes either a balcony or terrace, with interiors offering luxury finishes appointed by designers Patton Design Studio. An annotated floorplan, below, shows off some of the various features that define the units at Monza.

The suites begin with core wood door entries opening up to smooth 9’ ceilings throughout suite interiors, wide plank flooring, white painted baseboards and door trims. Other common suite features will maximize the building’s efficiency, like energy efficient lighting, Energy Star-rated appliances, programmable thermostats, low-flow toilets, sub-metering of heating, cooling, electricity, and water, as well as climate controls with energy recovery.

Kitchen finish packages from Patton Design Studio include quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash, flat slab cabinetry combining textured wood grain and matte door finishes with panelled fridge and dishwasher, and single lever chrome sink faucets. Bathrooms will offer spa-inspired interiors including porcelain tiles for full height shower surround and floors, porcelain mosaic tiles for shower floors, white quartz shower sills, and vanities with storage, white quartz countertops and undermount sinks.
