Following its evolution through Toronto's planning and approvals process, Minto Communities is launching their latest condominium project, 'The Saint'. Named in reference to its position on Church Street near the St Lawrence neighbourhood, the 47-storey, Wallman Architects-designed tower is setting itself apart from the pack with a collection of figure3 Interior Design-appointed amenity spaces that cater to a variety of lifestyles.

The project's interior spaces feature a Japanese-inspired aesthetic, with the amenities themselves to serve as a transition zone between the bustling city and the building's private residences. Visitors and residents will experience the aesthetic first in the double-height lobby, which features biophilic design elements that focus on connectivity with the outside world.

The building's wellness centre will greet residents with a two-storey grand lounge, and offer features like a communal rain chromatherapy room with infrared sauna, private spa room with individual soaking tubs, a communal meditation room with a salt rock wall, a star-gazing, dark, and private meditation room, as well as private treatment rooms and an open-air Zen Garden.

More traditional amenity offerings will include a health centre that will offer residents a gym with weights, cardio and cross-fit equipment, as well as a spinning and yoga/pilates room. The health centre's aesthetic takes on a minimalist form with finishes like wood and mirrored walls, keeping residents focused on their workout.

A party room will consist of multiple multifunctional spaces, drawing influence from Japanese buildings. These spaces will feature modular furnishings that can be reconfigured for different event types, with movable shoji screens allowing flexibility for different crowd sizes.

Residents will also have access to a co-working amenity which will offer ergonomically designed work and study spaces on the top floor of the building, making the dream of a high-floor office with city views a reality for all who will call the building home.
