Applications have been filed for building permits for Montreal-based developer Broccolini's first high-rise development in Toronto, River & Fifth Condominiums. We've already covered the 37-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed project's evolution through the planning process, and looked at the amenity spaces appointed by interior designers U31, but today we're returning for a look at some of the available suites as sales continue for the new development on the west bank of the Don River near Dundas and River streets.
A wide variety of the building's 580 suites remain available, ranging from studio units all the way up to three-bedroom layouts suited for families.
Each of the suite names draw inspiration from the streets and neighbourhoods surrounding the tower. At the compact end of this scale, the Lawren Harris floorplan is a studio layout available on the 6th through 9th floors of the podium. With 437 ft² of indoor living space plus a 69 ft² balcony, the total living area here is 506 ft².
Several one-bedroom and one-bedroom+den units are on offer, with the latter including the Corktown floorplan. Found throughout the tower, this suite includes 590 ft² of indoor living area including an open-concept kitchen and living area and a den. A 48 ft² balcony brings the total living space up to 638 ft².
Among the project's family-sized layouts, the Distillery floorplan is a two-bedroom+den model found throughout the tower. The suite's 792 ft² of interior space includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom and bathroom, a den, and a 110 ft² balcony that combines with the indoor space for a total area of 902 ft².
Among the largest suites available at River & Fifth, the Oak floorplan is a three-bedroom model on the 6th through 9th floors. An indoor area of 905 ft² includes an open-concept kitchen and living room area, a master bedroom with ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. A 310 ft² wraparound balcony brings the total suite area up to 1,215 ft².
