With the first phase of Mattamy's Saturday in Downsview Park community in northwest Toronto sold out and a second phase currently in sales, marketing is beginning for another phase of the residential complex, townhomes dubbed Parkside Towns at Saturday in Downsview Park, and designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects. These will be built in six blocks of three-storey townhomes and four-storey stacked towns, totalling 38 units.

The townhomes will be offered in nine different floorplans ranging from 800 ft² to 2,000 ft² in area, and priced starting from $674,990. The units will cater to a range of lifestyles, with urban and classic plans ranging from two to four bedrooms and 1.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, (powder rooms account for the ".5").

At the smaller end of the scale, The Sycamore is a two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome, 800 ft² in area. In this layout, a kitchen, living/dining room, a powder room, plus a large patio space measuring 21’4” by 13’11” are found on the lower level, while the upper level offers a master bedroom and second bedroom plus a bathroom. Lower stacked units have a ground floor patio, while upper stacked units feature a balcony.

Among the larger units in the stacked urban towns collection, The Birch is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout, 1,140 ft² in area, and priced from $799,990 to $804,990. Ground level units of this layout feature a lower floor with an L-shaped kitchen/living/dining room, plus powder room. All three bedrooms—including a master with ensuite bathroom—are located on the upper floor. The ground level suite includes a lower-level patio measuring 21’4” by 8’6”, while the upper level suites feature a balcony.

Among the classic townhome plans, The Hemlock is the largest offered at Parkside. At 2,000 ft² in area and priced between $969,990 and $999,990, this four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout features a basement level with a two-car garage, a foyer, and a flex space. The ground level features a living room, kitchen and dining room, a powder room, and an outdoor terrace. The second level includes a pair of bedrooms each with walk-in closets, spearated by a bathroom. The third floor includes a master bedroom and fourth bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a balcony.
