The latest phase in The Daniels Corporation's City Centre community in Mississauga is rising fast at Confederation Parkway and City Centre Drive. Since we last checked in on Wesley Tower at Daniels City Centre in October, the two-tower, Rafael + Bigauskas Architects-designed condominium complex's towers continue to rise towards heights of 43 and 19 storeys.

Both of the towers had reached heights of 16 storeys at the time of our October update, and have since grown another two levels. The 19th levels are now being formed for both towers, which includes the final residential level of the shorter north tower.

Another big change since last month's update is the start of installation of cladding on the towers, which has been installed up to the eighth floor of the 43-storey tower, while the white underpainting of balcony slabs has progressed as high as the tenth floor.

Cladding has yet to appear for the 19-storey tower, which is still having its podium cladding installed. This mix of dark and light window wall finishes and brick accents will closely match the largely completed podium cladding for the taller south tower.

At the rear of the site, a small townhome component is taking shape along a mid-block laneway dividing the site from the adjacent residential complex on Living Arts Drive.

The podium floors will eventually be home to a selection of figure3 Interior Design-appointed indoor amenities for residents known as "Club W", along with outdoor spaces featuring landscape design by Land Art Design.
