With the earliest stages of construction already in progress on KSquare Condos, Kingdom Developments' entry into the Toronto condo market, we are taking a look at the IBI Group-designed two-tower complex located where Kennedy Road meets Highway 401 in Scarborough. The complex of towers rising 31 and 34 storeys has a combined 644 condominium units, and today we'll look at some of the Tomas Pearce Interior Design-appointed amenity spaces what will await residents.

Residents and visitors will get their first taste of the interiors upon entering the ground floor lobby, which offers a 24/7 concierge service, as well as a video display wall. A mix of vaulted ceilings and curved surfaces combine to give the space a futuristic look. The lobby will be flanked by two wings called the Fire Lounge and Water Lounge, each with their own spin on the elements. The Fire Lounge will include a fireplace, large windows and seating to encourage social interaction, while the Water Lounge will offer a kinetic water feature and modern furnishings.

A wider selection of amenities will be found on the 8th floor, including a landscaped terrace atop the podium.

The largest amenity space on level 8 will be the library, which is being hailed as the largest private library facility of its kind in Toronto.

The 8th floor amenities will cater to a range of different lifestyles, including a music room offering a professional, soundproof space for teaching and practice, a party room with a private dining area and a bar/lounge, a fitness centre with a fully-equipped gym, an aerobics area, and a yoga studio, plus a kids play area with space for arts and crafts, a trampoline, a child-safe rock climbing wall, and a slide.

A pair of guest suites will also be available to residents hosting overnight visitors.
