The start of construction is fast approaching for Greenland Group's Lakeside Residences, a multi-tower, Hariri Pontarini Architects-designed condominium development coming to Lake Shore and Sherbourne on Toronto's waterfront. Following swift sales for the project's taller 49-storey condominium tower, marketing continues for the 39-storey building to the west, known as Lake Suites.
The building features one, two, and three-bedroom layouts, ranging in area from 477 through 1,101 ft². Residents will have access to a selection of amenities with interiors appointed by II BY IV DESIGN, spread across two floors. The first space greeting residents will be the lobby, offering a concierge service and lounge on the ground floor.
Up on the third floor, residents will find a media lounge with a bar and Kitchenette, a fitness centre and yoga studio, as well as washrooms and change rooms.
More amenities are found on the fourth floor, with indoor spaces like a private dining room, a lounge, and washrooms, as well as outdoor amenities that include a putting green, a fireside lounge, and an al fresco dining and barbecue area.
With construction coming soon, the project's on-site presentation centre recently closed, and a new presentation centre opened at 493 Davenport Road earlier this month, where interested purchasers can still book appointments.
