The latest phase of The Daniels Corporation's City Centre community in Mississauga kicked off construction at Confederation Parkway and City Centre Drive in October, 2017. The Wesley Tower at Daniels City Centre has grown significantly in the time since, with the podium of the two-tower, Rafael + Bigauskas Architects-designed condominium complex now nearing structural completion.

The podium has reached its full five-storey height along the site's Confederation Parkway frontage, with a parapet wall clearly marking is upper edge. This section of the podium will support the first phase 43-storey tower,  with initial walls and columns for the first level of the tower now barely visible being formed above the 5th floor.

Along the City Centre Drive frontage, one of the podium's exterior features is now being hinted at. A saw-tooth pattern is now apparent along the podium's central section. This area will feature glazing and vertical fins that form a visual separation between the 43-storey tower and the future phase. One more level remains before this section of the podium tops off as well.

The completed podium levels will eventually house a selection of figure3 Interior Design-appointed indoor amenities for residents, with the offerings to be known as "Club W". Outdoor podium-top amenities with landscaping by Land Art Design will also be included in the mix.
