We recently took a look inside the presentation centre for Canderel Residential and KingSett Capital's 900 Saint Clair West, the first phase in a group of developments being marketed as the “St Clair Village” community between Toronto's Forest Hill and Corso Italia neighbourhoods. Visitors to the space at 805 St Clair West—steps from the future development site—are offered a preview of life inside the future 12-storey Quadrangle-designed condominium development.

Visitors arrive to find the trellis that greets them outdoors carrying through space's entrance, creating visual continuity between the inside and outside, while also signalling the shade trellis structures that will be found in the project's 2nd-floor and rooftop outdoor amenities. Stepping inside, exposed brick and natural wood finishes are present throughout. A detailed scale model of the building and a reception desk greet visitors.

Beyond the scale model, a large open space with plenty of seating provides the first taste of the building's interior design, and a comfortable place for visitors to discuss their potential investment. Finish selections are given their own area, housed in illuminated glass cases surrounded by seating that invites purchasers to take time to consider finish packages, which speaks to the end user market the project is attracting.

A kitchen vignette provides a glimpse at the darker, warm colour scheme option, featuring a standard finish with an upgraded backplash, integrated appliances, and ample storage space.

Around the corner, a bathroom vignette includes a vanity with extra storage space, such as custom-shaped drawers that wrap around plumbing to eliminate wasted storage space.
