Ten months after Capital Developments submitted plans to the City of Toronto for a 29-storey condominium tower at 15 Holmes Avenue in North York, the IBI Group-designed project with an undulating exterior was resubmitted to the City at 32 storeys. With the updated plans now under review by City staff, marketing is underway with the name Azura Condos.

Several new renderings of the building's striking exterior have recently been released, among which is an image of the building's entry with forecourt and drop-off area, landscaping designed by Terraplan/Studio TLA.

Additional renderings offer the first glimpses into the common spaces, designed by IBI Group's interior design division. A view into the lobby reveals a mix of natural finishes, with organic shapes dominating that reference the tower’s flowing exterior. In total, the building would house 528 m² (5,690 ft²) of indoor amenity space and 598 m² (6,446 ft²) of outdoor amenity space.

Another view emphasizes the rippling edges of the balconies that will create unique and intimate outdoor spaces for residents overlooking North York's cityscape, while screens between adjacent balconies will lend privacy.
