The marketing of Lake & East Condos, a striking addition to Oakville's Bronte Village area, continues to reveal new details about the upcoming project from Engine Developments, Symmetry Developments, and Fortress Real Developments. Lake & East will stand out due to its avant garde design by Winnipeg-based 5468796 Architecture, both on its exterior and with its collection of impressive interior spaces. We got our first taste of the interiors last month, with a view into one of the project's 144 condominium units, and a look at the Yoga/Pilates/Dance Space too. Now, more images are providing further insight into Lake & East's amenities.

Residents will enter the building through a double-height lobby offering lounge space and a concierge desk. A large expanse of floor-to-ceiling glazing will fill the space with natural light, while natural finishes like stone and wood will add warmth. The lobby's ceiling will feature lighting that replicates the rhythm of Lake Ontario's waves. Immediately adjacent, residents will have access to a quiet library space that can also be opened up to the lobby for meetings or other events.

In addition to the Yoga space shown below, residents of Lake & East will be able to stay in shape in the building's fitness centre. Housing workout equipment like rowing machines, the space will help to foster an active lifestyle for building residents during winter months when the area's ample parks and trails are less inviting.

For residents looking to host gatherings, a spacious entertainment room will offer a kitchenette, a TV, table tennis, and lounging areas. The airy space will open up to an outdoor landscaped terrace with barbecue stations, loungers, and community garden plots.

The terrace above will be complemented by a ground floor outdoor space featuring landscaping by Land Art Design. A screen surrounding the space, and greenery within, will reference the tower's pre-finished anodized aluminum cladding and living wall exterior.

Lake & East is offering 144 condominium units ranging from 540 ft² to 1,800 ft², with prices ranging from the low $300,000s to over $1 million.
