It has been a few months since an updated design was revealed for Symmetry, Fortress RDI and Engine DevelopmentsLake & East Condos, a 20-storey condominium tower coming to Bronte Village on Oakville's west side. With plans in place for the ambitious new development—featuring an avant garde design by Winnipeg-based 5468796 Architecture—marketing and registration for the project are now underway, along with new material that is providing further insight into the project's features.

5468796 Architecture's design for Lake & East is a bold spin on the familiar rectilinear condo tower massing with alternating sections of pre-finished anodized aluminum cladding and glazed balconies covered in vertical 'living walls'.
