With sales well underway for Adi's Nautique Lakefront Residences on Burlington's waterfront, most of the project's 27 floorplans—ranging in size from 452 ft² to 1,859 ft²—have been scooped up by buyers, leaving just 8 layouts remaining for purchase. Of the eight remaining layouts at the 26-storey Icon Architects-designed condominium development, four are one-bedroom suites, and are still available starting from $329,990.
The largest of the remaining one-bedroom layouts is the 'Syn' unit, which starts on the 7th floor of the building and can be found as high as the 21st floor. Sized at 663 square feet with a 37 square foot balcony, the Syn layout offers a combined kitchen/dining/living area, a master bedroom with ensuite, and washroom by the foyer.
Slightly smaller in floor area, the 'Vand' layout is sized at 519 square feet, and offers an inset 39 square foot balcony. Starting on the 8th floor and continuing up to the 17th floor, the Vand layout features a combined kitchen/dining/living area, a master bedroom, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and southeast exposures overlooking Lake Ontario.
Similar in size is the 513 square foot 'Vista' layout, found on levels 7 through 21. Offering 44 square foot balconies with southwest exposures, the Vista layout will surely live up to its name with views overlooking Lake Ontario. Vista floorplans feature combined kitchen/dining/living area and a master bedroom that includes direct access to the unit's bathroom via a second door, effectively making it an ensuite.
Also found on levels 7 through 21, the 503 square foot 'Vue' layout is nearly an exact mirror image of the Vista layout, with similarities including the 44 square foot balconies with southwest exposures overlooking the lake, and the dual-access bathroom with entries from both the foyer and the master bedroom.
