Just north of Dupont, Brandy Lane Homes' The Davies is bringing 9 storeys of luxury living to Toronto's Avenue Road. Over the last few months, we've explored the project's design and customizable suites, which allow buyers to create unique homes during pre-construction. While the SMV Architects-designed building's suites range in size from just under 1,000 ft² to over 3,000 ft², buyers can substantially reconfigure their layouts—and even combine suites—to create unique living spaces.

Featuring interiors appointed by Lukas Design, each of The Davies' suites boasts professional-grade appliances and private elevator entry. Suites also include spacious private terraces or balconies, which are equipped with barbecue connections, making outdoor spaces a priority for the development, Brandy Lane CEO David Hirsh explains.

To get a better grasp of the individual spaces, videos provide a 360° overview of the 1,609 ft² suite 'C.' Beginning with the luxurious private elevator entry, the video moves through a spacious central living/dining spaces, before passing into the two bedrooms, both of which feature ensuite bathrooms.

Seen below, the floorplan for suite 'C' gives us a more comprehensive overview of the two-bedroom + den layout. Maximizing privacy, the two bedrooms are separated by the central living area, with a den—configured as an office space in the video—off the main living area. The suite also features a 241 ft² terrace, which impressively spans the length of the unit.

Meanwhile, the 1,105 ft² suite 'M' presents a somewhat more modest layout. The unit features two bedrooms and a 115 ft² outdoor space, with a similarly configured 'great room' in the centre of the space. As with suite 'C,' the two bedrooms are separated by the living space. Both bedrooms also feature private ensuites, with a powder room accessible from the communal central space.

In terms of communal amenities, The Davies includes a 24-hour concierge, gym, party room, conference space—complete with a fully stocked catering kitchen—and an expansive rooftop terrace. Highlighted in the video below, the terrace includes a fully stocked bar, a private sun-bathing and reading area, as well as a social lounge space. The luxuriously landscaped terrace will overlook the revamped Robertson Davies Park to its south, along with panoramic views of the Downtown skyline.
